8 Cups of warm clean water 
1 teaspoon powdered ginger
2 teaspoon sugar (optional)
You can add a small cut-up pineapple skin (optional)

Cover in a warm place for one day 
1 Teaspoon of finely chopped ginger or ¼.
Teaspoon of powdered ginger.
1 cup of water.
Add ginger to water, simmer for 109 minutes 
Leave it to cool
